Bilin Academy

Overview

Bilin Academy is a project from my internship at ITS180. Bilin Academy is a global online multilingual platform for children with more than 30 different series of drawing classes with varied topics and levels, taught in both English and Mandarin. They are expanding class offerings by collaborating with other extracurricular schools to provide calligraphy, chess, and much more. Now they have students from the US, China, Singapore, the UK, Japan, and other countries, connecting and learning together in the same virtual classroom. Bilin Academy strives for creative, effective, and engaging class experiences. Our team has created a brand new user experience for their WeChat Mini Program.

Target Audience
Children aged 2 to 15 and their parents.

Goals
Help parents of children ages 2 to 15 quickly access the right class and package for their children and enjoy the convenience of online education.

Problem Statement

1. The user needs to quickly and handily find the most suitable courses or programs for their kids and easy access to the details of the courses, such as platform, date, etc.

2. Improve the compatibility and bi-directionality between website users and app users.

3. The User needs to be able to take classes easily after they have registered for the course.
